Looks like way/443025238 aligns quite well with the ESRI imagery and with the GPS survey I did last year. way/443025239 deviates a little from the imagery, but it was created by user acejacek in 2016. I didn't actually survey the full length of that cycleway, but added a node to it as I connected it to a track.

Yes, I'm pretty sure there were white rectangular signs saying "Motionsspåret Banvallen" and on the same signs there were small road sign symbols saying it's for pedestrians and cyclists but not for horse riding.
I agree that some sections of it could be tagged as a track rather as a cycleway. It was morphing between different road types in several places and I just decided it was too complex to tag every detail.

Thanks for finding this. It was supposed to be "footway" and I guess I relied on autocompletion.

Om det stämmer att Cykelspåret är flyttat så borde förmodligen även EuroVelo 7 och 10 flyttas, för de använder samma sträckning.
