No, this was apart of the old mill complex due for redevelopment. As you previously said, this was all demolished in 2023-25. There are bits of it still around and actively occupied like the Charity Shop and a car mechanics and a haulage company.

Besides that, have no clue who the current owner of this land is, but if I have to guess, either Liffey Meats or some developer of some degree.
