In this changeset the "difficulty" tag of piste 23 (Rigiabfahrt) was changed from advanced to intermediate. The signs on the ground show this as intermediate piste 40 but the official SkiWelt map shows it as advanced piste 23. I emailed the SkiWelt office and they confirmed this is an advanced piste as shown on the map and the signs are wrong. Therefore, I have changed the difficulty back to "advanced".

In this changeset the following pistes were added:

Schernthannabfahrt, 24b (way/400070719)
Hohe Salve - Rigi - Mittlestation, 21a (way/263288778)

But I don't think either of these pistes exist. 21a is shown on the 2015/16 SkiWelt piste map in the location shown in OSM but it does not exist on the ground. 24b is shown on old piste maps but not on the 2015/16 map. Again, it does not appear to exist as a pisted route on the ground. There is off-piste skiing around 24b but it is not a pisted route. Therefore I don't think these should be shown as pistes in OSM.

I think they should be deleted or shown as off-piste routes.
