I walked some way up this track from Bill Williams a few weeks ago, but admittedly not the whole way up to the Eldridge Grade Fire Road - I turned around and came back. I checked the path on Lidar and strava to see if people were still using it, which seemed to confirm they were. If you know better please edit to reflect your knowledge! |
| 28114788 | almost 11 years ago | While travelling in the Yucatan, Mexico and thus being able to ground truth much of the satellite imagery, I spent many hours mapping the Yucatan coastline at high resolution, replacing the crude and often highly inaccurate PGS generated mapping. I now find that this work has been undone according to a changeset that spans much of Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. It is now widely inaccurate again. Why did this happen? |
