This is still a work in progress and the mistakes are being corrected.
We are working on an urban plan for this area and we decided to survey the area first and put the data available at OSM. We made an aerial image using Drone that we made available at OpenAerialMap. For methodological reasons we had to start digitalizing the buildings and fences in the QGis and only then we uploaded the resulting shapefile into JOSM so as not to repeat the work.
This week we did a field survey and we are currently digitizing this survey.
The key ordem= is the result of this methodology, but at the moment we are replacing it with ref= to identify the numbers of the buildings.
