Nah you raise a good point. I was looking deeper into it last night and it looks like a cleaner method is 'change:lanes=* combined with turn:lanes=*

My thinking was that there is a long turning lane with a solid line.

If the turning lane doesn't split off earlier than vehicles entering from service lanes may be routed to illegally cross the solid line to use the turning lanes.

What are your thoughts on this rationale?
