So, as long as there is one mode of travel allowed on a street, you're saying that "All" should be marked as yes, and then no to everything except the one mode that's allowed? If that's how it's generally done then I will absolutely do that from now on.

But "All" yes or "All" no is misleading if not all modes of transport are allowed or disallowed, right? It's like, All yes, except for … or, All no, except for … Confusing, right? :-)
