Thanks for asking about this tag. I was there in Chiang Mai two years ago when I added that tag, so I personally saw the road before adding it. I noticed there are other individual roads with unpaved tags in the area as well, some of which I added, and some of which I did not. I don't know if these roads are still unpaved or not.

บ้านธีรพร is the name of a หมู่บ้าน, or neighborhood/village. I have added a place=village tag to reflect this.
