Thanks for contacting me. I've done frequent map editing for Waze and some other sites. I've started to use Open Street Maps for Geocaching. I looked at editing the maps and went in and saw some odd stuff.

There were random polygons that had no rhyme or reason and no descriptive detail .

Some sections marked "woods" appeared to be trees between houses. I would have expected "woods" to be a specific undeveloped area vs an area of trees between homes or in front of homes. I have trees across my front property and each of my neighbors on either side but combined I wouldn't call that "woods". The data seemed to be some automated feed, and having dealt with Waze and their automated feeds that needing cleaning up, it looked like the same thing here.
