Nottingham is the correct post town addr:city for Kirkby-in-Ashfield relation/9246080 probably NG17 7, 8 and 9 and is used for the post office there https://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder/5612276/kirkby-in-ashfield. I preferred to use addr:town rather than addr:suburb for Kirkby-in-Ashfield
Sutton-in-Ashfield is the post town addr:city for Sutton-in-Ashfield relation/9246081probably NG17 1-6 and is used by the post office there https://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder/4172272/sutton-in-ashfield
I was surprized to see multiple post-towns for NG17 but Wikipedia suggests that this is possible https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post_town "In some places several post towns cover a single postal district (with each post town corresponding to one or more of its postcode sectors)" with this also shown for NG17 in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NG_postcode_area although this should be independently verified using other sources

This changeset has also populated addr:place with <different>
I had not expected NG17 to have two different post towns but I checked this using the addresses for post offices when updating addresses in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. Wikipedia post towns entry also seems to confirm this but may not be a suitable source in isolation.

The post town for NG17 in Sutton-in-Ashfield is Sutton-in-Ashfield.
The post town for NG17 Kirkby-in-Ashfield is Nottingham (I used addr:town for Kirkby-in-Ashfield)
The border is roughly the A38 I think

I initially just set access=no changeset/176663514 to the foot and cycle paths where construction is taking place. Then updated again to make the cycle path even less visible.
After construction is completed would expect the route to be slightly different and a full survey will be required for the path and for removed trees and new walls
The relations for cycle routes 6 and 68 still include this section and if formally diverted, via the Riverside gardens or otherwise, these will also need to be updated.

Mentioned in the Derby (evening) Telegraph on Tuesday 16 December 2025. https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/news/derby-news/derby-gets-new-derbion-square-10707183 The garden area is larger than I mapped it and I will update after Christmas if you have not done so before I get the chancem

I've deleted this node node/13378136333 as there were two nodes where the centre of the building joined the wall; leaving just node/13378136323

This was already mapped so I have copied the extra information that you provided into way/336471657

Is node/13020986760 Nightingale Fish Bar open? duplicate of node/700844717 that is marked as disused.

I've just marked Whitaker Dental Practice as disused way/65724144 as I had spotted when passing n 2021
Incorrectly added back earlier this year as shown on the Healthcare Quarterly project tool and on the Care Quality Commission listing https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-195113987 Also misinterpreted defacto website entry https://www.defactodentists.com/dentalpractices/whitaker-dental-practice/ as it being open as part of a chain of dentists rather than on a listings site

I've updated three of these to vacant/disused again. Disability Direct is open on Pride Park way/58124822 with the sign above the former Babington Lane office removed. Profad Care Agency has moved across the road node/5952187646 and Grill Zoom is closed with the Foods Hygeine entry removed. If 76 Babington Lane opens as Grill Zoom or with another name then it will get updated quickly.

There are currently no missing addr:city Post Town values for any objects with DE or NG postcodes https://osm.mathmos.net/addresses/post-towns/
Outside of the centres of post towns I've often added addr:suburb, addr:village and for Wirksworth (addr:city = Matlock) and Castle Donington (addr:city = Derby) addr:town. Am fairly relaxed as long as addr:city is populated. I sometimes add addr:hamlet and have seen addr:locality or addr:suburb used generically

Wrong changeset description. Connecting car park to service road, not construction.

I have restored a Derby address for this vacant building way/111606077 and have added Presentation Design Services to the map in the new location with a Somercotes, Alfreton address node/12559311347 added as a point/node to make it easy to correct if I have not added at quite the right location

https://osm.mathmos.net/addresses/pc-stats/NG/NG7/2/ where a cluster of NG7 2EB postcodes near the NG7 2DZ centroid shows as location discrepancies for both

Or possibly motor_vehicle = no @ Sa-Su 00:00-04:00 for The Strand

161182380 about 1 year ago

These "opening_hours" don't seem appropriate. The Strand is closed to vehicles in the early hours of Saturday and Sunday mornings to enhance pedestrian safety. Perhaps motor_vehicle:conditional = no @ Sa-Su 00:00-04:00
Wardwick remains open to traffic I think including for Taxis picking up on Victoria Street and cars parked in the Saint James's Street Car Park I presume,

The bridge has been temporarily swung to to the riverbank to allow the waters to rise and so is not open today but will be swung back into place soon.
