稍微查詢了一下，
基隆市社會處公告基隆市民災民避難收容所一覽表
在106年2月(3/7發布)版本http://social.klcg.gov.tw/news/info_view.php?sid=391&dept_id=8&serno=20151210105316)中，
有出現台北世貿一館、三館、南港展覽館、復興崗營區等四處，供基隆市民在輻射災害發生時避難
但是在106年7月(8/1發布)版本 (http://social.klcg.gov.tw/news/info_view.php?sid=2473&dept_id=8&serno=20170801093605)中，
皆不見這四個避難處所，只有一般震災、風災等災害類型的避難處所。
目前無法確定這四處的輻射災害避難所是否會運作。

且原始資料裡

應該把它的行政區域劃分到基隆，看起來應該是資料本身有問題
