Thanks for clarifying! I checked in with our stewardship staff, and the trail will be covered and no longer used by anyone. Camp Fraser maintains the trails on their property which don't look to be on any maps.

I don't know if there's a way to split out changesets; all the vertices I edited that begin with '7059' were me practicing on a building in Richmond before doing my actual updates at Fraser Preserve (first time OSM editor here)
