Thank you for the correction. Indeed, starting the cross-section of Herrenstraße to Herschelstraße is two way and has 2 lanes. There is also a no Entry sign in this cross section for this specific half.

But the west half is only one lane and is supposed to be one way (like the arrow is currently indicated)
