Sorry for not getting back sooner, I just had to check a few dates.
The A63 between Clive Sullivan Way and the M62 was renamed by the Local Authority in Apr 2018 as Petuaria Way, I know this as I'm the custodian of the streets gazetteer for the authority, this was also announced in the local press as you may have seen.
My editing of OSM was clumsy and I did misspell the word Petuaria, I have now corrected this and extended the naming up to M62 junction 38.

Sorry Chilly, should have explained better, I work for the organisation that manufactured and installed the nameplate. It is in the public domain, i.e. visible. I only used GE to save a 30 mile round trip but I can guarantee it's accuracy in this instance.
