I'm sorry for the confusion caused by my edits. I tried to represent the situation with separate lanes and boom gates, but i now understand that the correct approach is different.

I have attempted now to fix it by merging the split roads back into a single oneway road and using lanes=2 tag, and i added the boom gate node. However i am still not fully confident that i have corrected everything properly.

Could you please let me know if this is now correct? if not, i would really appreciate it if you could explain how you would map this area proeprly, especially regarding how to handle the lanes and boom gates in this kind of layout. I want to make sure i understand the correct approach so i can improve my mapping in the future.
