In my previous comment, I misreported the lane count for northbound and southbound traffic, both of which should contain 5 lanes. The updated model has 5 north and 5 southbound lanes.

In my previous comment, I misreported the number of forward and backward lanes. In the north western direction, there needed to have been 4 lanes through the toll booth and 3 lanes in the south eastern direction. I have since updated the data with the appropriate lane tagging.
