I understand the points you’re making about generalising tagging across Africa and respect the local guidance you’ve given me here, thank you.

Hi ftcat. Another mapper added way/961958552 as a tertiary, and I changed from tertiary to residential because it has houses along it. I’ve been told by other mappers that according to osm.wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa, if there are any houses along a road, it cannot be track. However, I agree that this road can be track and will try to keep your preference for track in mind. Thank you.
