| 108722926 | On closer inspection, the CRD imagery available through their WMS seems to have an offset of 1.335,-0.7890 relative to the lot boundary image available on the same server. This offset is not present through their web mapping application. |

| 108722926 | Hi Andrew, Sorry for upsetting your work! I do not use an offset with the CRD 2019 imagery available via their ArcGIS WMS server. I do have my map projection in JOSM set to UTM 10N, same as the imagery. I check imagery against the Province's Parcel Map BC (which I had the Geo Warehouse reproject to UTM 10N) and both sources appear to precisely align. I moved a lot of nodes, would you be more specific so we can determine if it is a technical error or simple mistake? -Nick |

| 106239947 | I think I understand what you mean now. Yes, the landuse traces I uploaded do follow the private plots of land because the other land is reserved for the city. This level of detail is not visible in aerial imagery but is visible if one was to inspect the survey markers in the ground which bound each lot. The city could install or remove streets, sidewalks, bike lanes, etc., up to but not further than the private parcel boundary. Therefore, the land reserved for the city does not have a residential land use. |

| 106239947 | Yes, I used the Esri Clarity imagery. It is several years old, but within Vancouver it is registered to within cm compared to the City of Vancouver's survey data. I frequent this area on foot, so I knew the current state of the land. |
