Thank you for your response. I have gone back into areas of Surgut and, at a quick glance, have noticed some shifts around major highways (ex. way/490522368, way/34229846), so I see what you are saying.

I have shared this information with my team, and will only align to Bing in Surgut going forward. Please let me know if there are any specific issues you would like me to undo.

Thank you for reaching out. Originally when looking at this area, I determined that Maxar and Esri would be an appropriate imagery for alignment due to the area within way/603442975 as well as near way/314240238. In these areas, Maxar and Esri show more development and construction, so I judged these imageries to be more recent than other imageries like Bing.

In relation to the alignment of roads, I was using Strava as well as GPS and GPX traces. In general, I believe that the different imageries are actually very similar in terms of alignment in this area. However, when looking at Strava and the GPS/GPX traces around way/429043799, I believe that that the Maxar and Esri imageries are the best aligned for most of the surrounding area.
