You are correct: I mis-tagged this. changeset/149867134 has fixed it.

In case you wondered how this happened: In Peoria County, church buildings were imported as building=commercial because the government GIS data didn't make a distinction. I had expanded the shape of the building and added all the other tags at the same time, using the iD Editor. I think I was tired when I typed the tags. In iD, if it sees building=church it shows "Church Building" at the top and doesn't catch that amenity=* is weird; and if it isn't amenity=place_of_worship then iD also forgets to show a prompt for religion=*. So I got building=church right and denomination=church_of_the_brethren right but not religion=christian or amenity=place_of_worship in the middle.

I made the same mistake on way/247140056 also, so now changeset/149867274 has fixed that.
