I changed it originally because of the Highway=Trunk designation and didn't know about the wiki page on this topic. The only part (aside from CA 22 to CA 55) that seems like a trunk to me is from Imperial Hwy to either La Tijera Blvd or CA 90 as it includes expressway-like qualities with interchanges and a lack of left turns from PCH. I changed the designations back to what they were previously in a new changeset. Thanks for the correction.
