The fact that its private is one part of the matter, but the main issue here is that there is no trail or path here hence the map data is incorrect. Why is it then an issue to remove it when that is how it is physically?

Correct, so why the fuzz about having the trail in the map then? If it doesn't have to be marked?
The path between is used by the tractor to tend to the potato field and cut the grass on this private property. The road is also private here, so its not a starting point for any trail and it should be corrected in the map.

It is a private field, not a public trail or path. You can walk the beach zone from a public access point. But the start point of this mapped "trail" is outside the beach zone on private property and not going down to the private boat house your are mentioning.

There is no physical path or trail here... Its a trail only on the map and its crossing private property and a potato field.
There is freedom to roam in the beach zone in Norway on a general basis.

Can someone assist me with getting this passed through?
