Thanks for your edit. However, according to the OSM wiki, on-street bicycle lanes shouldn't be added as separate cycle paths. The entirety of Ortega Street from 20th to 48th Avenues has bicycle lanes tagged. I've removed the paths for that reason. Here's the wiki link, for reference: highway=cycleway#When_not_to_use
