In general, OSM requires source information for any potential new additions. If you don’t mind me asking, what was your original source for that name?

Hi user_5359, thanks for reaching out. I am not sure what that specific tag means though I see you’ve already reached out to the user that initially added them in changeset/60655899. My best guess is that they came from INEGI which they cited in that changeset. Hopefully that user responds to your comment. Best of luck!
