The reason for the remodel was to correct an issue with where Strada Madách Imre (way/23577963) intersected with Strada Dorobanților (way/825489356) at (node/258199141), where the previous oneway was blocking routes through here.

I now see your concern about the railway crossings and was also able to confirm this with Bing StreetSide imagery. I have now updated this junction in changeset/143756084 to better represent ground truth and thank you for reaching out about this!

Good afternoon rhhs,

I noticed that you added an “access=no” to (way/701430567) along with reclassifying some “highway=motorway_links” to “highway=service” at way/25477593 and way/34371938 . These roads appear to serve as the entrance to the “Hemus motorway,” thereby justifying their classification as a motorway link (highway=motorway_link).

I am reaching out to inquire if you have added access=no as well as reclassified these road segments as a result of construction or possibly other circumstances?

Yes, the “highway=roundabout” was demolished sometime after June of 2022. Apple has an agreement with Maxar to use their more recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap. Maxar SecureWatch shows construction occurring at this junction in February of 2023, where the roundabout was removed and a new complete highway was constructed in April of 2023.

Good morning Dimitar155,

My source for these edits was “Esri World Imagery”, as it was the clearest and most up to date imagery for this location.

I changed the buildings from “building=yes” to “building=hospital” because it would make the buildings more consistent with the “amenity=hospital” polygon (way/308144802), I thought the “building=hospital” qualified as ”A building erected for a hospital” seen on (building=*).

Do you agree that these buildings should be tagged like this or is “building=yes” more appropriate?
