Thanks for the reminder about displacements in La Paz, whenever possible I align to Strava tracks and not directly to imagery, in my experience this is the best way to avoid various displacement issues. I must have forgotten to mention Strava as one of my sources on this changeset

I made this change based on Maxar Premium Imagery and Mapillary. I'll make sure to check the history more carefully and/or reach out before making similar edits.

I agree the construction tags are unnecessary based on the short time until this segment is opened. I will go ahead and remove the construction tags. Thanks for the project resource, it is very helpful.

It appeared to be a connection in imagery, but I now see in Mapillary it is not. Thanks for fixing this

I upgraded route 10 from tertiary to secondary based on the improved roundabouts at either end of this segment. Also based on the Uruguay GIS map it is considered one of the ‘Rutas Nacionales’, I believe this portion was under classified as tertiary and best fits the overall network as a secondary. This was the only major classification change I made in Uruguay.

Hi, I’ve adjusted the buildings so they no longer intersect with the service road. Thank you for catching that. In other scenarios, where they are truly covered, it may be proper to add covered=yes to portions of the road that are covered by another building or structure.
