Frankland River is a sublevel of the Shire of Cranbrook. The locality of Frankland River covers 1,391.9 square kilometre. The Relation shows the boundary of this locality, the Node does not. I'm not sure why the Wikidata item for the locality of Frankland River, Q5491115, was disabled in this edit. Looking at my sources (https://nationalmap.gov.au and https://maps.slip.wa.gov.au/landgate/locate/), the relation on OSM is the very same one as on Wikidata, the boundaries match on the maps. The connection between them seems valid. They are still linked as such on Wikidata but the unlinking on OSM now has “broken” the map on the English Wikipedia. I have relinked it.
