Thank you JeroenHoek, as per your suggestion I have changed the classification of the unclassified highway (West) to highway=service and extended it to the northern side to provide access to the building (way/292971279). I've removed the unclassified highway (East) as I can see the painted median and couldn’t extend further.

Thank you for letting me know about the ORT10LT imagery. In order to fix the self-crossing intersection at this node/2358408298, I aligned the building polygon with the Maxar Premium Imagery. I will stop adjusting the building polygon.
