Agreed with the comment above – this is not a separated cycleway, it's a painted bike lane (additionally, the northbound painted bike lane ends at William Street).

I'm deleting this and adding the cycleway tags to Forest Avenue.

On-street bicycle lanes should be tagged as a feature on the roadway, rather than mapped with additional line features. See:
