While normally I would suggest you go ahead and make the change yourself or leave a note (as I see you did), since I was responsible for the revert and you at least put in the effort to reach out I went ahead and in changeset/179920106 changeset/179920106 , did you the favor of updating the name and also added back a heavily corrected valid subset of de-SEO-promotion-ified tags extracted from your original changeset, 179314993 changeset/179314993

As neither of your notes nor the referenced website specifies the "exact coordinates" that this POI node should be moved to (nor any other specific instructions on its location), and your previous changesets involved several different nodes and ways for the same/similarly-named elements in different locations (OSM has a general rule of "1 feature, 1 OSM element"), I'll leave followup on that to you. Feel free to move this node to the centroid of the POI it represents (either the entire retreat area, or a specific cottage), and if you like add specific names/tags to specific buildings within it. I'm happy to review any followup changesets and recommend or implement any further fixes.

Just to note, any tags pertaining directly to a specific building (its name, building=* type, building:levels=* , etc.) should go on the building way, while tags common to the entire retreat (contact info, payment, website, etc) should go on either a node near its center or a way around its boundaries with the appropriate top-level tag(s). If the retreat complex as a whole has a single street address, that would generally go on the single retreat node/way, while if each building has its own housenumber then that would either go on the building way, on a separate node or the building door, depending on local convention for your country (I couldn't find anything documented specifically about OSM addressing conventions in Greece, so you'll want to look at how other things are mapped or ask a local mapper).
