I noticed that you changed the classification of the streets in this residential area to highway=service, service=driveway. This classification is used for streets used to access individual dwellings or businesses (osm.wiki/Tag:service%3Ddriveway) Since these roads provide access to all the houses along their length, it would be more accurate to map them as highway=residential (osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dresidential)
