I’m still trying to work out the exact state of play. The planters and fixed bollard that were the original blockage have been removed and OCC are averse to using rising bollards in new situations. Highways were not sure whether this is now CCTV or specifically ANPR controlled - I’m waiting on a reply from the enforcement team.

The bridleway is not mine but I can edit as suggested. Traffic choker seems reasonable.
