access= destination prohibits routing through this road (If I am not mistaken it is only for residents of that road) in some cases gates are not considered when routing so this makes it that residents who have their destination can be routed to the area. Do you perhaps have another tag that can be used for this?

I was looking at Mapillary and this seems to be the entrance road for apartments in this complex and cars use this as an entrance.

This is a High rise apartment building and the name of this apartment block is visible when using google maps from 2019 on the left hand side.

I added the name tag to the building which was in the adr:housename field.
I cannot seem to find them without the name tag.
