Hi topius. Thanks for reaching out. I reclassified it to unclassified based on the Papua New Guinea OSM Wiki which says unclassified roads “link small villages”, whereas tertiary roads “are busy through roads that link smaller towns and larger villages” (osm.wiki/Papua_New_Guinea_Tagging_Guidelines). In my opinion, this road fits the description for unclassified rather than tertiary. Do you agree? Best regards, Blachernae
