Okay, cool buddy. I have seen some very recent imagery showing clear vehicle movement on this highway, which is why I opened it. I also used local knowledge, as I recently visited the area and stayed there for more than a week. During that time, I was able to observe the situation on the ground firsthand. Therefore, I believe using local knowledge in this case is appropriate, and I don't think there is any harm in doing so.

My team is actively working in this country and we have conducted a proper survey of this route. Please change your edits again. The motorway classification is correct for this highway based on the ground survey and its importance as the primary connection between Antananarivo and Toamasina.

The highway is still under construction and expected to open in August. Ways 1473601382 and 1473601383 are also under construction, so please do not open them for public use. Currently, traffic is being temporarily diverted through these ways, but in reality they are still part of the ongoing construction.
