This should be classified as trunk only because, as of now, it is acting as the main segment due to the temporary deviation. It may potentially function as a link in the future, but currently, it is diverting traffic and serving the main function. Therefore, trunk classification is appropriate for the current situation.

The one-way addition is correct. The Esri World Imagery you referenced is older and does not reflect the recent traffic changes. In reality, Rua Jacarezinho was converted to a one-way street on July 5, 2026, and this change was officially implemented by the local traffic authority, Transitar.

Please do not revert the one-way tag based solely on outdated imagery without verifying recent official updates.

Okay, cool buddy. I have seen some very recent imagery showing clear vehicle movement on this highway, which is why I opened it. I also used local knowledge, as I recently visited the area and stayed there for more than a week. During that time, I was able to observe the situation on the ground firsthand. Therefore, I believe using local knowledge in this case is appropriate, and I don't think there is any harm in doing so.
