Apple has an agreement with Vantor to use their more recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap. We generally use the imagery that is already available in JOSM but where we do use that more recent imagery, we always cite it and the date the imagery is from in the changeset source. Vantor imagery from 2026-08-04 shows a clear partial stop line in the southbound direction, indicating bi-directional traffic.
