I can't trace any official source of this.
I did went to that area and nothing was there as it was marked. I doubt this is temporal thing as different pavement and walls should be moved.
I see tom tom data and the shape is there but the areal images does not include it.
Did you see this road shape on the aerial images?

Tienes razón fusione rápido una vía y olvide la conexión, en otros changeset por la zona las vías están separadas para evitar este problema en específico.
Nada es necesario en cuanto añadir detalle.
Algunos programas usan los nombres de las calles para indicar giros en tramos de peatones y decir que en la acera tienes que girar hacia la acera se me hizo complejo.
