In your edit, you have changed the name of a part of a street to a local name, but not all of it. This is generally considered unorthodox and may cause issues with routing applications and arbitrarily devides one, single street into several parts. Other mappers have tried to warn you about this but you continue to revert it. Please try to consult the community and follow orthodox practices when editing, otherwise you could me doing more harm than good.

Deleting a commonly used name form a neighborhood (even if officially changed) goes against the wiki guidelines. Continuing to delete it and then insisting after being corrected may constitute an act of vandalism. Please respond to this discussion, otherwise the change will be reverted.

؜شكرا على تعديلك/ي لكن يبدو أنك/ي أضفت/ي حاجز الطريق بفصل الشارع الى جزئين متفارقين و اضافة طريق حاجز (barrier=wall) بينهم و هذا خطأ، و في غضون هذا قد حذفت/ي اسم الشارع من جزء منه. الطريقة الصحيحة هي ان تضيف عقدة على الطريق في موقع الحاجز و اضافة وسم "barrier=block" و "access=no/motor_vehicle=no" (حسب الحاجز).

Thanks for your edit but it appears that you have added a road block by splitting the street into two seperate ways and adding a way barrier between them which is incorrect, and in the process you have removed the street name from a part of the street. The correct way is to add a node on the way at the location of the block and tag it with "barrier=block" and "access=no/motor_vehicle=no" (depending on the type of block).

May I inquire as to why you changed the highway type of way/633345540 to 'service' from 'pedestrian'? I have added the 'pedestrian' tag from local observation as the street doesn't allow cars since it's a shopping centre. In addition, service roads don't usually follow the "xxx-xx" naming scheme (the first number represents the district and the second represents the street, so 601-26 means "district 601 street 26"), this is because service roads are independent of the general road network and this scheme only applies to residential streets, or in this case a residential-turned-pedestrian street. Please be more mindful in the future when editing attributes that require local knowledge.

@Lamassu You have no right accuse other users for "making false accusations" when you yourself have made several false allegations against LockOnGuy saying he was "an American citizen" and "working for the embassy" on public OSM Telegram groups to make yourself look like a victim. You have to stop this child's play. Plus, it's very easy to figure out where you live without any secret insider knowledge as a good fraction of your edits are in Mahmoudiya, even stating in a couple of them that you're a local.

Thanks for your edit, although Lamassu has re-added the Persian name in changeset/146957111

and in the discussion he has repeatedly failed to provide on-ground evidence for those names instead only citing unofficial sources. Later, another user (ChehrehBargi) in the changeset:

also added a non-existent Turkish name and changed the Persian name to a different non-existent name, further proving that those names don't exist on the ground as they can't agree on one name.

The user behind this changeset (ChehrehBargi) is a non-local user and a known vandal by Iraqi mappers, and this changeset came along with several other politically charged changesets where some users change the names of streets in various Iraqi cities to the names of Iranian generals and other Iran-adjacent characters.

Way way/1243969601 that you added is blocked from both ways by blocks and isn’t even paved (I have seen it in person) and isn’t even present in government maps, while you added it as a normal street. Edits like these do more harm than good by introducing false information into the map and confusing data clients and routers. This is not the only instance of this but overall a general trend of you and your team so please be more considerate when adding streets.

Note that this is not meant to come out as a personal attack against Lamassu as he’s an active contributor in Iraq but his edit was driven by a political agenda and go against the wiki guidelines by removing the widely known name and replacing it with an obscure one.

The user that behind changeset/146748334 (Lamassu) has completely removed the known name of the street and the ones that locals actually use and replaced it with an unknown name that was only recently approved by the government and is named after a person on the international terror list. He did this without prior discussion and then proceeded go to the OSM Telegram group and say that LockOnGuy is an American citizen and that the new name is widely used (both are dishonest untrue statements). The new name should be put into the official_name column as it’s rarely used and unknown by the locals and was only put by the PMF as a politically charged move.

I see that you added the Kurdish name twice in way/1025102182 and only changed the spelling of the word "كوێت" (Kuwait) to the Arabic spelling. "پێشانگای" is a Kurdish word and doesn't belong in name:ar, it should be entirely in Arabic

Erbil Engineering Technical College was mapped twice, as both node/6949734186 and way/788269398 , and that goes against the wiki osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element
