Good question! I'm new to administrative boundaries, but I did stumble across that bit on the wiki. I based this decision on a map found in the Southeast Community Organization (District 1) Community Plan, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council in 2016. A map can be found on slide 6, "Figure I1 identifies the location of District 1 neighborhoods".

I made the decision to use "Battle Creek" instead of "Battle Creek Park" because aside from the map, all other references to the neighborhood in the plan refer to it as Battle Creek. This is also the name more commonly used by those of us who live here.

Finally, I am definitely curious where the map in the plan comes from, as it appears to be a section of a larger map that might officially demarcate all the Saint Paul neighborhoods! But there are no references listed for it in the Community Plan, so it may also have been created specifically for the plan.
