I'm unable to read the sign in the link you posted due to image size. Being there is no signage on the dyke restricting access to this section and no physical barriers. Along with the city of Pitt Meadows listing this land as parks and open spaces, I'm not seeing this as private land. May be under Pitt Meadows jurisdiction vs Metro Vancouver... Have a look at the pedestrian tunnel next to the Pitt Meadows Airport, this section of dyke is owned by the airport and is indicated this way on Pitt Meadows Mapview: https://www.pittmeadows.ca/homes-development/zoning-land-use/pitt-meadows-mapview

Had a look today, preload and soil sampling is the current stage of this project. The only structure is a temporary wall to support preload. The lane shift is due to this temporary retaining wall / preload being next to the road.
"OpenStreetMap is all about mapping real and current features" and no roadbed or overpass construction has begun.

Has Peers Creek Forest Service Road been upgraded? As of 2018 this road was unmaintained and unsuitable for 2wd vehicles, thus tagged as unmaintained track road.

Mount Cheam Forest Service Road Is a 4X4 road and is not suitable for 2WD vehicles. Why have you changed this from a unmaintained track road? Other roads in this area are also 4x4 roads.

The City lists this lot as part of the University land. From my memory this is a open grass area, but not part of Vedder park. Has there been a recent change where Vedder park was expanded and the city has not updated the web map?

Just checked delta map, it''s working now. Hwy 17A is shown as a orange-white dashed line in the Delta map rendering. The source form my information regarding the sign indicating the end of the highway is a physical survey. Location taken with a Garmin Etrex GPS standing at the sign location.

Typo, should say: This is the point Hwy 17A becomes 62B Street.

I was quite sure highway 17A did not end at 60 Ave as I had indicated in the previous edit. Took a look and found a sign on the east side of the road located at : Lat: 49.110597 Lon: -123.052655. This is the point Hwy 17 becomes 62B ave.
