While I agree secondary is too high of a classification for this area, residential seems more appropriate than unclassified based on the tagging guidelines you shared. For example, the primary use of the following roads are to connect residential streets and provide access to housing: way/511483505, way/1172898912. Additionally, it would be best to maintain consistency in the classification of the following ways rather than having differing segmented classifications: way/676158853, way/1170451288, way/511484733. Per OSM policy, these roads do not meet the definition of a secondary way, which is described as a highway linking large towns or major arterial roads in cities (highway=secondary). I believe residential is a more appropriate classification for the following ways would like to change them back to residential: way/511494313

| 86420584 | over 5 years ago | Thank you for reaching out, AkuAnakTimur. I changed way/814291776 to residential because it accesses houses near osm.org/#map=17/5.894021001469327/100.42322011039344. I also wanted to make the road network in the area more consistent, because there was already a residential street in the area (way/708416478) only accessed via the previous track road. Finally, I retained the source tag because the original attribution (surface, track_type, oneway) was created from the ground survey.
