yeah... I did a couple that way based on the suggested edits then read up in the documentation because it didn't seem right. I need to go back and fix those that still have the -1 layer tag. Thanks for the tip on connecting to the outside of the building! I was manual moving nodes

Oh good point. I was assuming river ment commercially navigable (Calcasieu, Mississippi, Sabine River, intracostal), but I reviewed the wiki and see that I need to reduce my threshold for what a big channel would be. I’ll update it. Good tip on the gnis ID. I have a lot of the NHD data downloaded for the area so I’ll check on it.

Oh, no the phase part is not included on the public facing signage. I just happened to know what phases they were. I can update is to show the general name.

For the "Edgewood at Morganfield" areas, should both feature be merged into a single feature or retain both and have the additional tags?
