Hmm, looks like GraphHopper and OSRM are still routing vehicle traffic through that street -- unless it takes time for their databases to update?

I've changed it to use motor_vehicle=no and fixed the stray foot=no in #186203862.

Mea culpa; you're right! Looking at the imagery, it looked like it did, but verifying against street-level imagery shows there's definitely a bridge there.
