The problem why I wanted it to be allowed just with an opening date is that many maps that use OSM as basis will now take it as closed, but when construction will be finished in may still appear as closed even 2 months after it's finished until the new updates come. So I thought that it would work fine and open automatically everywhere at the right date.

If it would be better then I can change road type "under construction" and then with the opening date.

Hi, Yes I did put access=yes, but under it should be condition "Opening_date=2022-11-01" so that gps routing shouldn't be allowed until that.
