The way in question does exist, and in fact, I've driven on all of the new ramps recently, as I live in the area. I apologize, I do not remember setting a source for my edit, so it may have defaulted to the Bing aerial imagery as my source, which is outdated due to the speed of the construction project. The ramp in question is depicted on an overhead visual posted on the project's website (http://www.dot.state.oh.us/projects/I-270/Pages/Two-Ramps-at-I-270-and-SR-315-Open-Tomorrow.aspx), it is the one denoted as the "Shepherd's Hook" ramp from SR 315 SB to I-270 EB/US 23.
