I'm not using Google Maps to map. I told you I've been to this site myself. The rails are visible on the video and on the NYC property maps. You mentioned them not being visible in open source maps and I replied that you can see them in Google Maps too.

If you toggle NYC property maps to the aerial image you can see the rails coming down the hill beneath the vegetation.

The lead track continues down the hill to the two sidings against the building at the bottom of the hill which are filled in with gravel. You can see the rails filled in between with gravel on Google Maps. I've personally been to this location for work.
