Yeah, the OSM policy states that the official language for the country should be represented in the main name tag, and any other languages used should be added as "name:en" for example. An that's what I was trying to do here.

Since the name is for a historical character "سيف الدولة", and the Arabic name is originally written this way, it would be better to write out the English name the correct way as well. Thanks!
