Thanks for the comment. I changed Calle Coahuila because the wiki says "highway=unclassified should be used for roads used for local traffic". This road seems to be the main road that local traffic from Lomas de Poleo uses to get to the CHIH 174. However I am fine with leaving it as residential too.
