Shahbazpur is not a town. There is no municipal corporation in Shahbazpur.
Shahbazpur is a village in Sarail Upazila. It is part of Shabazpur Union. See http://shahbazpurup.brahmanbaria.gov.bd/bn/site/page/TPH2-%E0%A6%8F%E0%A6%95-%E0%A6%A8%E0%A6%9C%E0%A6%B0%E0%A7%87
Also there is no police station here according to http://police.brahmanbaria.gov.bd

This highway and its ref N810 cannot be found in RHD road maps (https://www.rhd.gov.bd/RHDMaps_new/Maps/Roads/2.jpg).
