Well, it's true that there's no physical traffic island (and not even a painted one), BUT there's a 2-or-3-lanes-wide space between the two northern lanes and the kerb up north, which people use to merge with the western 6 de Julio Ave. lanes in order to enter the roundabout driving southwards.

Since this traffic behavior came to existence as a result of it developing/evolving spontaneously over time, I would suggest not reverting the edit but instead adding the informal=yes tag. What do you think?

Hola nuevamente! Sí se mencionó la fuente como 'conocimiento local', pero entiendo que tengas dudas respecto a si coincide con el diseño oficial vigente. Sin embargo, ese cruce por la quijarro hacia el norte ya era posible desde poco después que se instaló el semáforo tiempo atrás (e incluso del norte o del este hacia el sud con cuidado de respetar los semáforos). Ojalá posteriormente decidas cambiar de opinión
